Satellites and Space Junk Contribute to Light Pollution

Astronomers say that increasing light pollution is making exploration of the cosmos from ground-based telescopes difficult. For Science in a Minute, VOA's Rick Pantaleo reports that a new study says that more than 10 per cent of night-sky brightness is due to satellites and other objects orbiting Earth.
