Rwandans React to France Report on Genocide

Rwandans are reacting to a French report detailing France's role in Rwanda's 1994 genocide. For Nightline Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to correspondent Sylivanus Karamera who said the admission of France's "overwhelming responsibility" is generally being well-received in Kigali.
