Rwandans Commemorate 1994 Genocide

Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame this week paid tribute to victims of the East African nation’s 1994 genocide. Speaking during a ceremony in Kigali, the East African leader said the international community “failed” Rwanda during the nation’s dark period where mostly Tutsis and moderate Hutus were slaughtered in mass killings.
