Rights watchdog calls for tough measures

The South Sudan parliamentary committee on justice is looking at two bills that parliament passed into law last week. The bills will establish a commission for truth, reconciliation, healing and compensation and reparations authority. Human Rights Watch researcher for South Sudan, Nyagoah Tut Pur tells VOA’s John Tanza much needs to be done to ensure a credible process for advancing justice in the country
