Officials in South Sudan’s Unity State seek humanitarian aid after severe flooding

Authorities in South Sudan’s Unity State are calling for humanitarian assistance to address the crisis caused by flooding. The state government says over 80 percent of the state is submerged by water. Mamer Abraham Kuot reports for VOA from Malakal.
