Observing International Day of Persons with Disabilities

The United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres says there are nearly 1.3 billion persons with disabilities worldwide and called on the world to work to design and deliver solutions based on equal rights. Guterres' statement was marking the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. For more, VOA's Paul Ndiho spoke to Racheal Inegbedion, the founder of Initiative For National Growth Africa. Inegbedion, who is the executive producer of a new documentary, “Breaking Boundaries: Empowering Abilities into the Nigerian and Malawi Workforce,” reflects on the documentary and challenges of individuals with disabilities.
