Powerful storm Danial has left more than 2,000 people dead from flooding in eastern Libya. The country’s health minister told local media on Tuesday he expects the toll to reach 10,000. Ahmed Bayram, media advisor for the Middle East for the Norwegian Refugee Council, tells VOA’s James Butty, his organization is appealing for a swift response and immediate funding from the international community.
