Nigeria Opens Borders on Four Fronts

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari announced the re-opening of the country’s land borders on four fronts. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty reports that the government closed the borders for security reasons, including the smuggling of drugs and weapons into Nigeria.
