The World Health Organization says 29 tons of aid have arrived in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi, offering a lifeline to thousands despite dwindling hopes of finding more survivors from deadly flash floods nine days ago. About 4,000 bodies have been recovered, and 9,000 more people are missing. Aid from Egypt, Turkey and Italy have also arrived in the east, along with a field hospital from France.
