Libya Cease-Fire Holds but Division Continues

A Libyan militia leader whose detention sparked clashes that killed 55 people in the capital Tripoli this week has been released Thursday officials said.
The release of 444 Brigade leader Mahmoud Hamza has halted the fighting, analysts say the underlying tensions remain unchanged, with the deaths, injuries, and territorial shifts only likely to fan the flames of division and hostility.
