Adama Dempster, a Liberian human rights and justice campaigner, says the recently concluded U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit provided an opportunity to appeal to the Biden administration to support the establishment of a war crimes court in Liberia to prosecute alleged crimes committed during that country’s long civil war.
