Thesele Maseribane, the head of Lesotho’s COVID-19 effort, defended himself against allegations of mismanagement of COVID-19 funds. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s James Butty spoke with Maseribane about reports that he used funds for staffers' meals while health workers had no protective equipment.
