During his visit to Ethiopia on Wednesday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov attacked world reliance on the U.S. dollar, saying it is not "very promising" and highlighting alternatives. Lavrov has visited four African nations seeking allies amid Western condemnation over its Ukraine war.
