South Sudan President Salva Kiir dispatched a delegation to Kenya to prepare the grounds for negotiations with holdout rebel groups who refused to be part of the 2018 peace agreement. Kiir’s Special Envoy Albino Abuong, who heads the government delegation, says his team held pre-consultations with the government of Kenya in preparation for negotiations with holdout groups. He tells VOA's John Tanza, Kiir would not like to leave any group out of the process.
