Residents of the Sudanese capital Khartoum have welcomed a decision to regulate the use of motorbikes in a bid to combat crimes including theft in the city. For South Sudan in Focus, Khartoum’s acting governor Ahmed Osman Hamza ordered a ban on any motorbike user from carrying a second person.
