Kenyan president speaks to VOA about UNGA, troops in Haiti

Kenyan President William Ruto spoke at the U.N General Assembly about his visit to Haiti and the proposal to establish permanent positions for Africa at the U.N. Security Council. VOA’s Peter Clottey sat down with Ruto to learn more.
