In Kenya, a leading opposition member called President William Ruto’s sacking of his entire cabinet an action that’s too little and too late. On Thursday, president Ruto fired all but his foreign minister in response to anti-tax protests. He said he will consult with other political stakeholders in reconstituting the cabinet.
