Kenyan Café Employs People with Cognitive Disorders

Diana Ayoo, a Kenyan entrepreneur, opened Ayira’s Neuro-Soul Café as a haven for people with neurological disorders after she had trouble finding a safe space for her daughter.
The entrepreneur said she opened the café to welcome people with cognitive conditions such as autism, while providing employment and education for those who have little knowledge on neurodiversity.
