Short-form video hosting service TikTok will work with Kenya in reviewing and monitoring its content. This agreement was arrived at during a virtual meeting yesterday Thursday between Kenya’s president William Ruto and TikTok chief executive officer Shou zi Chew. The meeting comes a few days after a Kenyan wrote a letter to the parliament requesting them to ban the app due to what he termed as indecent content. Maureen Ojiambo reports.
