In Kenya, Martha Karua, Raila Odinga’s running mate in last August’s elections has accused Kenyan police of unjustified arrests and abductions of Azimio la Umoja One Kenya leaders and associates during Wednesday’s anti-government protest. Kenyan authorities say over 300 people were arrested across the country and will be charged with looting, damage to property, arson, and assaulting law enforcement officers.
