Kagame Says M23 Rebels 'Have Been Denied Their Rights'

Rwandan President Paul Kagame said Monday that the M23 rebel movement in eastern DRC, which Rwanda is routinely accused of supporting, exists only because its fighters have been denied their rights in their own country. Olivia Chan of Reuters reports.
