A waste management company in Juba is bringing smiles to the faces of local residents who are now earning a living by collecting plastic bottles, thanks to the company's initiative to commercialize plastic waste collection and promote environmental cleanliness. PLASCOM, the company behind this effort, has successfully collected over 30 tons of plastic waste in Juba town through its innovative "Pick-and-Earn" campaign, turning plastic waste into a valuable commercial product.
