Medical authorities in Juba, South Sudan, are expressing deep concern over the alarming rate of road accidents in the East African nation. Isaac Maker, the medical director at Juba Teaching Hospital, said motorcycle or boda-boda accidents are disproportionately higher of throughout the country.
