Jonglei States health workers’ strike bite patients

Some patients in the Jonglei state capital Bor say they are stranded at the town’s hospital because its staff is on strike to protest the delayed payment of their July incentives. The state ministry of health promised to pay the incentives but that did not happen. Mamer Abraham Kuot has more from the Upper Nile state capital Malakal.
