Ivory Coast children form first philharmonic orchestra

Over 100 children from a small town in northern Ivory Coast have made nationwide history by forming the country's first philharmonic orchestra. This, despite some of the musicians never seeing an instrument before the creation of the group. VOA’s Red Carpet has more.
