International aid groups call for more Africa funding for refugees

The Norwegian Refugee Council, NRC and other international aid groups say crises in Sudan, Somalia, the Sahel region and other parts of Africa are receiving less funding than needed to handle the challenges they face. VOA’s Henry Wilkins has more.
