Inequality grows as world marks Population Day

There are at least eight billion people in the world with millions suffering from inequality and discrimination. The United Nations says the world's population continues to grow, though the pace is slowing down due to a rise in infertility and old age in many developed countries. At the same time, vulnerable people including women, young people and people with disabilities are experiencing challenges. Maureen Ojiambo reports
