Prior to Kamala Harris entering the presidential race polling showed almost half of all voters were not happy with both President Biden and former President Trump. Last April we spoke with one member of the African diaspora community who was also considering not to vote. VOA’s Jeff Swicord recently visited him again to see if the Kamala Harris candidacy has caused him to rethink his decision.
