Somali refugees in Kenya's Dadaab refugee camp are vulnerable to hunger in the face of soaring food prices, poor farming and droughts, according to aid agencies.
In the past year alone, 32 children have died of malnutrition in a section of the camp run by the International Rescue Committee hospital.
As hundreds of Somalis continue to arrive at the camp, the United Nations says overcrowding is driving the spread of communicable diseases like cholera while it appeals for more funds.
