The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) reports that over six months into the conflict in Sudan between the army and the paramilitaries of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), extensive humanitarian needs remain unfulfilled. ICRC spokesperson for Sudan, Adnan Hezam, told VOA's Nabeel Biajo that humanitarian efforts are hindered by difficulties in reaching those affected by the conflict amid severe shortages of essential services like shelter, water, food, and medicine.
