The International Criminal Court in The Hague has opened the trial of Rwandan businessman radio station owner Felicien Kabuga, accused of helping fund the 1994 Rwandan genocide. For more, VOA’s Esther Githui-Ewart spoke to David Crane, a former chief prosecutor of the Special Court for Sierra Leone.
