HRW Lauds UK Sanctions on Zimbabwean Security Officials

Human Rights Watch is welcoming the United Kingdom's sanctions on four top Zimbabwean security officials accused of human rights abuses. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to HRW's Dewa Mavingha who called for an overhaul of Zimbabwe's political and security institutions.
