Haysom: SSudan's Future Depends on Slated Elections [6:14]

The head of the U.N. Mission to South Sudan (UNMISS) says elections, if held by the end of this year, can either be catastrophic or a nation-building event. For South Sudan in Focus, Nabeel Biajo reports Nicholas Haysom says it’s up to South Sudanese to determine when to hold elections.
