Guterres: Ukraine, Russia 'Step Forward' in Grain Talks

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said on Wednesday that negotiations between Russia and Ukraine to unblock Ukrainian grain exports have taken "a step forward.” Officials from Russia, Ukraine and Turkey and U.N. envoys met in Istanbul in the first direct talks since March.
