The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has unveiled its Annual Letter for 2024, highlighting some important challenges such as the rise of extreme poverty since the COVID 19 pandemic and a decrease in development assistance. The letter underscores how new tools and simple innovations will play a critical role in the future of health care and in tackling some of the world's pressing issues.
