Former US President Calls his Indictment Election Interference

Former U.S. President Donald Trump Thursday night defined the New York state grand jury indictment announcement Thursday as “political persecution and election interference at the highest level in history.” The reaction by the former president came after news broke that he is being charged with criminal counts by the Manhattan District Attorney related to a payoff to a former adult film star.
