South Sudan opposition holdout groups, a government delegation and civil society activists signed protocols at the Nairobi talks for resolving conflict in South Sudan. Former rebels of the Sudan People Liberation Movement In Opposition, loyal to South Sudan’s First Vice President Riek Machar, have recalled their members who were part of the Nairobi talks, called the Tumaini initiatives.
