Foreign Journalist Observers to Report on U.S. Midterm Elections

Americans vote on Tuesday in midterm elections. The outcome will determine which party, Republican or Democratic, will control the House of Representatives and the Senate. This year, the US Foreign Press Centers in collaboration with the State Department has invited journalists from 24 countries, including five from Africa, to observe and report on the elections. VOA’s James Butty spoke with VOA’s stringer Sarjo Brito from Phoenix, Arizona.
