VOA Music Time in Africa host Heather Maxwell presents the YouTube video of the Masaka Kids Africana delivering a youthful dance-music video with an important message. The Ugandan-based organization encourages children to be excited about going back to school at the onset of the new academic year. This music video was released in September of 2022.
