A decision by Ghana’s electoral commission to not allow a live broadcast of a meeting of the main opposition party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is sparking concern. David Kumi of the Care for Free and Fair Elections, Ghana tells VOA's Peter Clottey that by refusing to allow the live broadcast, the electoral commission appears to have little concern for transparency in the way the voter list is compiled.
