East Africa's Regional Force Exits DRC

The first group of the East African Community regional forces began withdrawing from eastern Democratic Republic of Congo on Sunday. Reporter Al Katanty Sabiti Djaffar in eastern DRC, tells VOA’s James Butty, the troops are leaving at the request of DRC President Felix Tshisekedi, who has accused them of cooperating with the M23 rebels.
