E. Africa Troops To 'Enforce Peace' In East DR Congo, Kenya's President

Kenyan President William Ruto says the East African Community is "committed" to "support the government of DRC." He further stressed the importance of having a peaceful sub-region for the "collective and individual" interest of the African countries.
