DRC Wants to Know Foreign Diplomats' Movements

The Democratic Republic of Congo says foreign diplomats must notify the government of their movements outside the capital. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s James Butty spoke to presidential spokesman Abraham Luakabuanga about the move which came after the Italian ambassador was killed this week.
