DRC Presidential Candidate Fayulu: Vote Should've Been Delayed

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, losers in the presidential race filed a petition with the Constitutional Court Wednesday challenging results that say President Felix Tshisekedi was re-elected. The Election Commission also indefinitely postponed announcing its results. Candidate and businessman Martin Fayulu who finished third, tells VOA's Carol Van Dam the commission should’ve delayed the vote due to massive logistical problems.
