Libyan eyewitnesses report that the Mediterranean storm Daniel unleashed catastrophic floods in Libya, washing away whole communities in the eastern part of the North African country. VOA's Hassuna Baishu spoke to Fatma Balha, a medical student residing in Derna, who witnessed the tragedy and whose family has both experienced and assisted in Daniel’s aftermath.
