The head of Sudan’s Sovereign Council has instructed the newly installed Darfur regional governor to immediately implement security arrangements in the region. For South Sudan in Focus, Michael Atit reports some IDPs in Darfur are calling on authorities to guarantee their safe return and allow them to farm their lands
