Court Blocks Kenya from Deploying Police Officers to Haiti

Paul Mwangi, a Kenyan lawyer says under the Kenyan constitution, now that the courts has issued a conservatory order the government cannot go ahead to deploy the police to Haiti until the issue is resolved. Mwangi tells VOA's Douglas Mpuga of Daybreak Africa that the government has to wait for the court to decide.
