Countries disagree over climate funding at COP29

Stark differences over financing are emerging at the United Nations climate change summit, also called COP29, now under way in Baku, Azerbaijan. This year, the key issue is how to fund poorer countries to help them curb planet-warming gases, and to cope with the impacts of climate change. Darren Taylor report
