COP29 continues without any agreement on financing the battle against climate change

The COP29 climate change conference is now in its final week. There is no clear path to an agreement for financing the battle against climate change. Less developed regions, including Africa, are asking richer countries to provide more money to protect their countries against extreme weather and transition to renewable energy systems.
