Democratic Republic of Congo President Felix Tshisekedi has officially been confirmed winner of the December 20 elections after the country’s electoral commission Tuesday denied two last-minute challenges to the provisional results. Reporter Al Katanty Sabiti Djaffar in the eastern city of Goma tells VOA’s James Butty the move has raised more uncertainty among Congolese voters.
